Name | Class | Rarity ↑ | Useful? | Notes |
---|---|---|---|---|
Walther PPK |
Handgun | ★★ | Usable | Generally decent buffs esp. at night, and she can be an evasion glass tank (100 evade!) in a pinch. Not bad if you actually kite your pistols but be wary of her limited HP. Honestly, you want a real tank in front still. With her mod, her usefulness continues due to the fairly good buffs she provides. Her unique expedition equip is decent (even more evasion), but the real draw for it is when you can use it with her other unique equips for the set bonus. |
M1895 Nagant Revolver |
Handgun | ★★ | Usable | Very good buffs, not good in her own stats though. Skill is blah-ish but serviceable at night. When she gets to MOD3, however. Becomes COMMISSAR NAGANT. May or may not land you in jail (or gulag as the case may be). She does say it herself afterall, about your odd taste... Her mod form is here |
MAS-38 |
Submachine Gun | ★★★ | Forgotten Weapons Star | Is your name Ian McCollum? If not, you probably don't care. She's Honeybadger, but 3 star, and the tiles are kinda upside down. She's surprisingly alright for a 3 star, but she's not going to wow you. Insert bad joke about 7mm French Long here. |
SUB2000 |
Submachine Gun | ★★★ | Meme login doll | Her skill is kinda neat, but ultimately, you're not going to get much mileage out of making 2~3* dolls better. Cool tiles though, I guess. |
United States Carbine, Caliber 5.56 mm, M4A1 |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★ | Recommended | The cinnamon roll heroine. One of three ARs that buffs other ARs. A decent DPS who buffs other DPS. Later upgrades into a fucking metal gear. Which you should 150% get. So regardless of how good she is now, raise her anyways. You can find her mod here |
Type 56-1 |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★ | Core fodder (Until you mod her) | Grenadiers in this game suffer from being garbage unless they bring something special to the table. 416 has damage, SOPMOD has being a good AR, Zas has raw speed and area, and FAL has a triple blast. This pile of junk is a bad AK copy with a too-slow to do anything grenade. Her mod gives her actual consideration, but baseline is still cores. |
Heckler & Koch UMP40 |
Submachine Gun | ★★★★ | Niche uses | Thot twin #3?! And probably the one that's going to give me a fucking heart attack. Yes, her skill has big numbers. Biiiiig nuuuuuuumbers. Now get your dick off your phone screen and start using your brain:
In a proper tanking role, her buff tiles are literally useless: 500% crit buff x 5% SMG base crit rate = 30% crit rate if you aren't running a suppressor or a crit scope, and if you are using those, your SMGs will have shit-tier accuracy even if you stack reasonable amounts of buffs on them. At the same time you're losing out on AR buffs, which will extremely cripple your DPS. You're better off bringing C-MS or RO635 to buff your back line instead. Even Suomi can buff her evasion up faster than UMP40 could ever hope to. If she does use her active skill, it'll similarly take incredibly long for her to really ramp up her damage skill – at 18+ seconds to get her damage above 2* ARs, she competes with Negev for the title of "slowest stacking skill in the game", and SR-3MP consistently out-DPSes her even without any buffs. With the UMPs' exclusive equip. Without, her damage output is even worse. You can build some silly 5 SMG meme echelons around her that sometimes don't totally suck, but unless you know what you're doing, you should put her on cafe duty. |
Heckler & Koch UMP45 |
Submachine Gun | ★★★★ | Good early | Thot Twin #1 Honestly, what you should be looking for in a beginning tank SMG. Decent HP pool, good dodge, a smoke grenade that slows enemies, good aura to support an AR squad, really the standard to which you'll hold early tanks to. Overall, probably the best to have for general use until you get RO635 mod. If you want more info on her mod, look at her mod article. |
Heckler & Koch MP5 |
Submachine Gun | ★★★★ | Needs special equip | ...You will get her a lot. Most common 4 star SMG. Terror of LSC and master of milk tins. With her unique gear, she's a good dodge tank with a slightly worse invul skill than Thompson or G36C. Without it, she's instead kinda-sorta able to dodge. Which is not bad, but also not great. Has an awkward to use aura unless she's the main tank, which you'd rather have the UMP sisters for. Still better than nothing though. Also gets you into jail. Do not give her protein shakes. Her mod article can be found here |
AAC Honey Badger |
Submachine Gun | ★★★★ | Decent Enough | Yet another very small rifle that got classed as an SMG. Basically a 4 star SCW, but with much better tiles and less blah %s on the skill. Stats are ok, but not exceptional. Like SCW, trades some firepower for more +eva on the skill. Whether this is worth it... ehhh YMMV. Personally not, but maybe it'll help for some of you?The big thing is really the nice tiles with some extra shootiness. Not the most impressive offtank but there are worse ones and she'll get the job done for most basic applications. She's sufficiently straight offtank that there isn't much to say |
M1895 Nagant Revolver Mod |
Handgun | ★★★★ | Those who disagree with her get shot. (Funny specialist, but good) | Babushka says not one step backward. Every seventh shot, she gives a damage bonus! Also, the thing starts active, making her one of very few buffers with a start-of-battle skill activation. Her first skill is still defensive in nature, and the percentages got bigger. She's actually useful in a number of situations, either for reducing enemy firepower in specific fights (usually Gundam or tank related) or just the straight DPS boost from the get-go. You only really need her up to Mod 2, but the Mod 3 art is cute. Her pre mod form is here |
Pistolet-Mitrailleur de 9 mm modèle 1949 (MAT-49) |
Submachine Gun | ★★★★ | She Does It For Free | 4* version of JS 9 with slightly different stat spread (worse eva, basically) and awkward tiles. Can be used similarly to her, if you don't mind kiting her more to make up for the goofy positioning. Her biggest advantage is that you will be farming 12-4E enough to get sufficient copies of her to x5 link her for free, but by the time you can reach 12-4E you should have better SMGs. So overall… meh. Does the job, but so will others. |
AK-74M |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★ | Ambulatory Special Equipment. KALASHNIKOV WILL RISE AGAIN | A fan doll that got so much traction that MICA brought her in. Do you REALLY like the AKs? Do AKs make you feel all tingly inside? Her own buffs to herself count herself as an AK, so no matter what you get at least a 5% boost if you send her by herself. But frankly if you're not using at least two other AKs, why the fuck are you even using her? If you have AK47's best special equipment, she becomes a proper lord of war with very high DPS. Likewise, she makes AK-15's janky skill work (pre mod, post mod she doesn't really need AK-74M she's just busted), boosts AK-12's DPS a considerable amount, and amazingly, solves AK-74U's problems with uptime. While the percentages don't seem impressive for her self-buff, it's a passive, so you get a 44% boost from the very first shot no matter what in a four AK echelon (74SU + pick 2 other AK dolls you like), which gives her a decent start. |
FN Herstal Five-seveN |
Handgun | ★★★★★ | Recommended | Decent Aura shape with very good benefits. 30% RoF/20% Crit is nothing to sneeze at, and even more from her skill. Used heavily in teams that benefit from RoF/Crit boosts (mostly general use Rifles). Be thankful EN got her with little effort. Also has a 97 dodge, if you need something to temporarily take the front. Also, the source of a lot of Korean memes because she was a total pain to get. Also wears a ferret costume sometimes. Also somehow still relevant in ((current year)) |
Thompson/Center Contender |
Handgun | ★★★★★ | Recommended | She has some of the highest damage and crit buffs in the game, with the best possible tiles ("All around her"), and her skill allows her to override the targeting logic of most other dolls¹, making them focus their fire some, very unlucky fucker (boss if present, otherwise furthest/highest HP/nearest enemy, depending on whether Contender is back/middle/front row). Oh and the skill doesn't wait until impact - the bonuses kicks in as soon as the shot leaves the muzzle. She also can equip AP ammo, which doesn't come up much, but there's a few fights later where this is immensely valuable and if you're using a HG vs armour at night, well... you know. Did I mention she has 40% base crit? She does. |
