She still doesn't solve any of the previous issues you wished she did, and she tries to solve a problem no one actually has.

The only situation she'd be useful for is with Hunting Impulse MGs, except in most cases she isn't as big a DPS boost as other handguns that don't actually require a mod.

She has some theoretical niche cases where she might work, but you would need to go out of your way to find them.

Base version sucks even more.

Some may claim her skill is useful (It pretends to be), except it applies after the penalty (and really, its' multiplication and isn't on the same modifier so its autoshit either way), so 100% - 90% = 10% x 2 = 20%! Congratulations, you've wasted 600 basic data, 1020 intermediate data, and 500 advanced data for less benefit than a 2* PEQ.

Has a mod, but doesn't get much better.
