This clear may have RNG, but I'm honestly not sure. Should function the same way regardless, though, as you should be able to clear what you need around the middle on turn four regardless. The rest is pretty much self-explanatory.

If there are enemies in locations around the middle that make this not work, it should still be possible just by following whatever different path is needed, but I got this pattern in my testing fairly consistently.
