This is a quick puzzle to figure out how to kill every enemy in a single turn. Here's the solution if you don't wanna spend a little bit of time to figure it out:

They're all fairly weak, but since you need to use three echelons, it can be a bit difficult for a new player to field all of them. However, with the units you get an the CRs available from doing the new player quests, you should be able to field at least one or two good units per echelon. It doesn't take much to kill these enemies, so that should be enough.
