All you're doing in this map is holding out at your Command Center until Scarecrow can do her thing. You'll still want two echelons so you can prevent yourself from being surrounded. Move one out to one of the adjacent nodes and pull out a second echelon to defend your Command Center. End turn until you win, resupply if you need to.
