Objective: Move the allied Vector echelon to either of the marked nodes.

This map is divided into two parts. We have the section we start in, and the second section where Vector starts in. For us to get to the second section to finish the map out, we need to head to the marked node on the first section. There's not really much to it, just make your way directly there. Once you're there, you'll see Vector hanging out on the node we need to capture. Chuck grenades at her since she's quite difficult to deal with. Annoyingly enough, you won't have enough AP to take the node after chucking grenades at Vector. You'll have to capture it on turn two, so you'll be basically passing that turn.
Once you've captured that node, you'll have control over the friendly NPC Vector. Once again, how to proceed from here is quite simple: you need to head to either of the marked nodes on that section of the map. You can either take a direct route to the nodes and throw some grenades to deal with the enemies, or try and sneak around them. For simplicity's sake, I would recommend just chucking more grenades at enemies and just going to the closest marked node. Ending the turn with Vector on one of them should clear the map.
