This is a simple map, since you can use planning mode to do the majority of it. It's good for farming, especially since Angelica drops here as well. 

All you need to do is move to the highlighted Heliport, then swap with strawberry cano (Carcano M1891). Once there end turn and on turn two, use planning mode to move to the 30.6k CE enemy that starts on a node we've already captured. Your AR/SMG echelon will then automatically complete the map, assuming it's strong enough to handle the enemies.
