Objectives: Survive four turns, then close both gates, make sure no enemies are within Persica's lab, move Helian to the console, and move Thompson to the marked closed Heliport 

Failure Condition: Have either Radar Tower be captured by an enemy

To start things off, we have Helian and Thompson locked down on some Radar Towers. We can't move them and they're on the Radar Towers we need to protect.  Unlike EX, Normal has a finite amount of enemies in the area, so protecting them isn't too big of a task.

So, with the finite amount of enemies, our first task is to clean up anything that could threaten our Radar Towers. We're going to ignore the Heliport on the right, and start with two echelons on the left side of the map. Deploy your two combat echelons. Be sure to resupply before moving, since any movement will lock the Heliports, making it so you can't resupply. Move the echelon on the left to the right one node, then up one to take out a Hydra. Move it back to the Heliport, then head left to the second Hydra. After killing that one, move up to the third Hydra. Once you've taken out all of the enemies on that side of the rectangle, we can focus on the right side. With only one enemy left there, move your right echelon to the left twice, then up one node to take it out. We're safe from any immediate enemies now. Stuff will still come in from the right, so we should start moving our right echelon in that direction. Move down one node with it with our remaining AP. Don't end the turn now though, since Persica at the bottom can still do stuff. She has a couple of free movement points per turn, so we want to expend them. Move her to the right two nodes, then grab the dead Golyat. Move her one more time to the right and end the turn.

On turn two, we basically just need to hold the line to the right. Move your right echelon to the right three nodes and have it chill there. Since we're now just playing a waiting game, we can kinda try and set up something to speed things up later. Move your left echelon down two nodes, then one to the right. Just under Thompson, so we can swap her later. Look down at Persica, have her move to the up left to grab an EMP. Move her back, then head to the right to stand on the gate. End the turn here.

On turn three we can pass, so end the turn.

Turn four will have the next set of objectives come in. Now we need to get Helian and Thompson down to the bottom of the map ASAP. First of all, use Persica to drop an EMP on the enemy that's next to her. Then uhh....just move both Helian and Thompson to the places they need to be. You'll take two turns to do it. Once they're in position, move Persica off the gate then close the gates. That should end the map.
