All of the enemies on this map are randomly generated upon starting the map, so keep that in mind.

Your Command Center can only be taken if you get surrounded, so the only thing you really need to do is make sure it doesn't. Easiest way of doing that is to just take the Heliport on the left of your Command Center on turn one, and then deploy your dummy echelon. You'll be able to avoid being surrounded pretty easily like that. If you want to be very sure you don't get surrounded, just path through any nearby enemies on your way down to the designated node on the left side of the map.
