Objective: Get the friend echelon to the enemy Command Center, then rescue and secure one hostage.

Failure Condition: Angie dies

As with all chapter one maps, this is an entirely NPC echelon map. And oh boy, this is a fun one. This is a puzzle map that is uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh a little overly complicated if you ask me. Any enemy is essentially fatal, so you can't fight them, and you have boxes that will root you (and enemies) in place. We need to abuse enemy AI and these boxes to get a proper clear. And I will definitely hate writing it out as much as I hated figuring it out.

Anyways, enough complaining, let's get started. To kick things off, we want to move Angie to the right one node, then down one node so we can capture the closed Heliport. This also baits two of the enemies into the boxes. End turn here.

Turn two, move down left, then down, then two nodes to the right to capture another closed Heliport. End turn.

Turn three, move up one node and then swap with the friendly NPC echelon. Move to the right one node up one node, right one node, then up one node to that closed Heliport. Before you end turn, set the AI of the NPC echelon to HQ capture. Once you've done that, end turn.

Turn four. Move back to the closed Heliport we skipped over so you're next to the NPC echelon. From there, move down left to one of the closed Heliports we already own. Before ending turn, set the NPC AI to standby. End turn.

Turn five, move back up to the NPC echelon, then swap with it. Switch it's AI to HQ capture and then end turn. Turn six, end turn again to pass your turn. This puts the NPC echelon the Command Center, turning it into a hostage. This makes the enemies fuck off, since its no longer a fighting force. Now you can move Angie to the Command Center and rescue the hostage. Secure them and that should clear the map.
