On one hand, her passive debuffs the enemy quite nicely. On the other hand, her stats kinda suck, and her active is basically a glorified stun, and yes, anything immune to stun is immune to her, too.

Since EN lacks the chip, she actually has good DPS. Once EN gets the chip, her DPS is kinda meh.

+90% Acc Buff aura at 5-links. Also has a +damage up but that's just icing on the weird, underwater-themed cake. With NV equipment, allows you to completely destroy scouts in night battles if you're actually desperate for that. Normally not a buff I recommend, but she actually gives a lot of it so if you're wanting an actual acc buffer, she'll be 1 of the ones you want. Not as important anymore since there will be other sources of acc boost, but... sometimes you might want something?

Chinese Makarov clone. Similar job to SPP-1, but less boosting your side's acc and more on lowering the enemy's evade. With fairies now existing she's kinda useless.

Stechkin's base version already got a pass for being usable.

Her mod gives a slight increase in her capabilities buff-wise. Her passive basically tries to turn her into a sorta-DPS to go with her buffs to allies, but TBH you'd be fine leaving it at the slight increase in power Mod 1 gives.

She can reduce enemy eva at night, which helps for some specific weird shit, but it isn't likely to come up.

Falls into the same niche as Strawberrycano where she sucks on her own, but is excellent for supporting others who are actually good. Often paired with the Cano sisters or M200 in 3RF-type setups. A Grape/M200/Nagant Revolver/DeLisle/tank-of-some-sort-type echelon was used in ranking map reruns to kill death stacks.
