A high RoF Rifle with good stats. Probably the best one for general use. If you've noticed by now, high RoF rifles are kind of good. Actually caps RoF if paired with Calico, allowing you use other damage boosters instead. With the October 2018 patch, RoF cap is higher, and Calico alone is no longer enough.

The top of the line rifle for the generic ROF buff skill. She has solid stats, (130 FP, 39 ROF) and a good skill (5s ICD, 5s duration, 75% ROF), so she's pretty good. There really isn't that much to say about her other than that she's a good generic unit.
Note that she has +75% ROF. The skill power (for this line of skill) usually increases by 5% per star, from 55% of FN49 and VM59, to 60% of M14, to 65% of SVD and G28. But for some reason they decided that 10% skill power increase is fair, so we have that, I guess.
Do note that, as a ROF RF, if an enemy has significantly higher armor than her armor pierce (AP), she would start to struggle, since losing 60 damage from 300 damage is a 20% DPS loss, and losing 60 damage from 525 damage is only a 11.5% DPS loss. (Comparing WA2000 and Lee)
That being said, she does have a pretty decent base FP, and enemy armor doesn't seem to go too high. Not to mention, a future AP ammo upgrade will increase the AP of AP ammo from 120 to 180, and you can always pad her FP with a maxed fairy. So the more prepared you are, the less the impact of this issue will be.
