She actually gets some fairly hefty stat increases in her mod, with Mod 2 hitting as much FP as M2HB. The issues that 2 stars normally face (low skill values compared to higher ones, etc.) are pretty solved thanks to being upgraded to a 4 star, and it also gives her extra base ammo which helps out a lot. Overall a cheap mod to get, and honestly you get a fair bit of value off even just Mod 1.

She's pretty much an all-rounder MG, and with the Mod 2 skill, technically you're not limited to just SGs, but uh... the shield values are so low otherwise that it only really helps armored things, though I guess some people might find a use for that anyway. MATH BIT: Her Special Equip actually isn't awful, but tbh you're better off with an EOTech in most cases.

For the massive expense of bothering to Mod her and get the second skill to lvl10, you get... a weaker molotov skill than Skorpion's at lvl1. Great?

On one hand, it has the same range as the flashbang grenade. On the other hand you paid the data, exp, and core costs for a Mod. Also, the firebomb goes off the same time as a flashbang, so it's slower than normal molotovs.

Basically what you'd expect from something that's the standard of the Mexican Army. Frankly, at this point there's so many good ARs that another one would have to be REALLY good to get a real recommendation, and this one isn't going to win any medals, but she has good uptime and is cheap.

Welrodski! ...By which I mean she's basically Welrod but 3 star, with lower numbers and an aura that wants her in the middle (or front works too). Usable if you lack Welrod and honestly not actually bad, but HG builds are cheap and she's pretty common so she might get annoying to get eventually. Also her -acc skill stacks with Welrod, and can be combined with a +evade skill for silliness.

Has a kind of an unfocused buffs that... kinda sorta benefit things? She doesn't greatly benefit any lineups, really, and you can get more usable 2 star handguns honestly. Can maybe replace the cat nun in the meme Welrod/Makarov/P7 lineup, but people don't actually use that formation seriously for the most part. Really better off as cores.

Maybe one day she'll have a cool mod.

I really want to say something good but the closest thing to a real merit that I can think of is "voiced by Ayako Kawasumi." She's basically a 3 star inferior version of P7 with an... "interesting" shape buff and less used than the cat nun. You are likely to be flooded with cat nuns in your eventual quest for Stetchkin. Also, sends you to jail.

You get much better ARs from story events, and there's only so much that you actually need. If you need a cheap AR and already have FNC though I guess she can be useful.

Her exclusive, while it does give her more strength, doesn't let her outperform many 4* ARs.

A worse FAMAS, and a good argument for why collecting trophy rifles isn't worth the effort.

A product of old design from before the devs really understood what they had going. Mostly notable for her odd aura which gives colossal accuracy boost, but her stats are kinda eh and you end up with an overall DPS loss still. A fairly meh grenade and basically the sort of sort of thing that would be useful for an early player, except at 21 days in at least, you probably have better already (Hint; You do, you should have AR team by then).

The absolute trophy raifu, because getting her is absolute ass, being more annoying than any other chapter exclusive. She is literally the only doll whose farm is so bad I will actually recommend autobattling rather than doing her map over and over. It's THAT bad for what you get and she isn't even worth it except for the 100% completionism.

Her tilebuffs are not great (6% Firepower, 10% RoF directly behind her), and her dodge buff is extremely blah for a 5/8. Her self-damage buff is not the worst while having surprisingly high Firepower for a 3 star SMG, but nowhere near as effective as SR3 or later, similar SMGs. Overall, a trophy raifu that you might be able to press into service if desperate enough, but I really wouldn't count on it.

Lower rarity Vector. Has useful evade. Has shit for HP though and lower atk. Can off-tank alright and her molotov is still good enough to use, but you really want better SMGs. Her primary virtue is that you're given a pile of her at the very start.

3-star PP-90. An evasion tank with too little evasion to tank and meh tiles, so a core. Her main plus is she has lots of uptime. ...Which doesnt improve her lot any because its still not great, just like PP90.

Suffers from "another doll does the same thing she does but better" syndrome hard, because that better doll is the 2-star Nagant revolver (which you have no excuse for not being able to get) who gets a mod to provide offense AND defense, while VP70's just defense with a +hit formation buff. Glock 17, MP443 and TEC-9 are also things. Basically, she's unremarkable and other things exist. Also IOP needs to stop experimenting with T-doll spines.
