Shotgun ★★★★ In the dumpster with the rest of the DPS shotguns

Like every other DPS shotgun, she really doesn’t have a place in current content. A phrase commonly used around here is “a solution in search for a problem”, but the real problem with MAG-7 is that I’m not entirely sure she’s a solution either.

Her passive effect can be very nice when enemies start having 600 armor, but the times there are less than three targets are very rare. Her active skill can make her damage go sky high if it’s allowed to stack, but her being on the frontline gives her the same issues a lot of DPS SMGs have. She’ll lose links, cutting her damage by a ton. Not to mention that it takes a little while for it to ramp up. The DR afforded to her by the skill isn’t high enough to keep her healthy enough to do much.

If for some reason you absolutely must have a 2 star Molotov. You get Skorpion for free really early so she doesn't see much use (though she does slightly outdamage skorpion). Has not great dodge and okay HP. She does however come with an adorable as hell Children's day skin so I wont entirely fault you for wanting to bring it.

Some may claim her skill is useful (It pretends to be), except it applies after the penalty (and really, its' multiplication and isn't on the same modifier so its autoshit either way), so 100% - 90% = 10% x 2 = 20%! Congratulations, you've wasted 600 basic data, 1020 intermediate data, and 500 advanced data for less benefit than a 2* PEQ.

Has a mod, but doesn't get much better.

With the changes to flare skill she's actually usable with MGs at night. Flares work like PEQs now, which actually allows MGs to function at night. With MICA being the way they are, this could prove pretty helpful if they ever decided to release new content.

On one hand, her passive debuffs the enemy quite nicely. On the other hand, her stats kinda suck, and her active is basically a glorified stun, and yes, anything immune to stun is immune to her, too.

Since EN lacks the chip, she actually has good DPS. Once EN gets the chip, her DPS is kinda meh.

The beef-loving cowgirl from a very weird show. She has a shield, but it takes way too long to pop up before it's useful in most cases, as it only pops up with her reload cycle. On the other hand, it's a huge shield, but in many cases you're better off with other shield SGs. She's not the worst SG though I guess, so run her if you don't have anything better.

She has Python-like activation requirements to pop open free shields, which can be useful for some situations. YMMV overall.

The other shotgun besides KSG that has +Armor skills. Has higher HP and really good armor, but has an offtank aura meant for 2-shotgun formations which means you'll either need to move her every fight or have another shotgun. The aura effect is less flexible than a firepower buff, but potentially useful buff to a lot of MGs like M2HB or PK who could really use an acc boost. Regardless, If the primary consideration is just sheer defensive power, she makes an decent pick.

NORINCO QJY-88 (Type-88 Machine Gun)

Because we need more things named Type-88 clearly.

Has both active and passive bits to their skill. Her active mode is basically an FP up - you've seen this before. Her passive mode is based on moving around. By default, she's in LMG mode and fires from the shoulder, and has increased movespeed. Her accuracy however, suffers a debuff while in LMG mode (although thankfully her acc stat isn't awful). Once she sits still for 6 seconds though, she sets up her bipod and goes into HMG mode, which gives her an acc BUFF and extends her belt by 2 shots. She switches back to LMG mode if made to move.

Equivalent to Alma. Alma will win early volleys (first 2 mags) but Type-88 will deal more for extended (3+ belts) fights.

Aka Hyaku Shiki if you're a fucking weeb.

Originally pox upon the 5 star SMG drop pool. The reserve girl holding the current record for "longest time from production to actual release" at over 2 years from being mentioned to being worked on to finally seeing light of day (SCAR doesn't count, as she was only rumours). I think she forgot how to be a t-doll with how long she was left there. She's... pretty I guess. But for the most part, her performance makes you go "Ah, that's why they lost the war."

Possibly utterly shit due to being designed by the same dude that designed possibly the least safe service pistol ever issued in the history of humans shooting each other, but this was 1 of his actually decent guns dammit.

Thankfully she got a mod that made her actually good (although RO existing means you wont use it too much). The base version however suffers from long startup and poor numbers that take way too long to get going.

Norinco QSZ-92

AKA Type-92.

High coverage (basically every tile around her) and has a really high evade buff. I'm not sure what you'd use her for these days, but that's really the only thing she has going for her anymore, even if it's no longer used

High end MG with good damage potential. Chance to fire an extra shot with every shot, and that has extra damage and can crit (it's not an autocrit, but can crit, see notes). At lvl10, it's actually very steady. With her unique gear, DPS is still extremely high vs single targets. However now we have bullshit MGs like Kord and the like, and being able to murder multiple enemies per shot is the current hotness for mobclear.

She's basically a 5-star hybrid-type SMG, except she's not exceptional at either role she can do. She's meant to be a sub-tank, where she does not really excel. She's fine for generic use, but not great for high-end stuff.

PP-19 Mod

The main feature of this mod is her multi-shot AoE grenades. Think FAL, basically. Also some buffs. Acceptable performance, but expensive for what she is.
