THE best 4* AR when her skill activates and then falls off rather quickly because her skill has terrible uptime. Yay.
Theoretically gives 118.75% FP boost. In practice gives 110% because of a breakpoint. Too bad, so sad.
Could avoid it if her ROF increases to 81-83 (112.5% at 84), which might happen with a MOD.
Still a very good unit all-round, as 110% DPS boost is still a lot, and her bases are pretty good.
