Samozaryadny Karabin sistemy Simonova, 1945 |
Rifle | ★★ | Enhancement fodder | Or SKS for short. Self-buffs RoF, but with too weak stats. Between G43 and M14 you have enough good low-rarity rifles to keep you supplied while you work on better ones. |
Fabrique Nationale Model 1949 |
Rifle | ★★ | Enhancement Fodder | FN49 for short. Has a mod that turns her into a more powerful FP-buffing rifle than baseline Lee. Until then, she's okay-ish for a free unit to pair with M14, but has plenty of better alternatives available. For more info on her mod look at this article |
United States Rifle, Caliber 7.62 mm, M14 |
Rifle | ★★★ | Usable has decent mod | Very solid 3 star that is actually better than most of the 4 star RFs (SVD, G28 and occassionally T5000 can outperform her, but she'll handily trounce most of the rest.) You get her for free and she's amazing, due to very fast base RoF for a rifle. Less good now as the better RFs come along, but will last into the higher chapters easily. Now has her mod available. |
United States Carbine, Caliber .30, M1A1 |
Rifle | ★★★ | Trophy Raifu | Does not go ping. Not to be confused with the M1 Garand. She's a RoF rifle, but her stats are even worse than the only borderline useful G43's. Don't bother. |
Steyr SSG 69 |
Rifle | ★★★ | Trophy Raifu | Unfortunately for her, M14 exists and fills the same niche, but better and cheaper. And doubly unfortunately for her, M14 also has a mod that keeps her still decent. |
Type-56 Carbine (SKS) |
Rifle | ★★★ | Currently garbage, way better in future | The Chinese copy of the SKS. Generic 3 star FP rifle that has nothing notable about her besides her somewhat lewd damaged art, and even that's not really much compared to some of the others. She's as boring as she looks, basically. In a vacuum, she isn't the worst rifle in the game (that "honour" currently belongs to PzB and JS05). But she has less RoF than M14, less Firepower than M14, is harder to acquire than M14, and doesn't have a mod like M14. ...So really, the fact M14 exists basically completely invalidates her existence. MURRICA. Well, that is for now. Once her mod comes out, there will be reckoning |
LaRue Tactical OBR (Official Boob Rifle) |
Rifle | ★★★ | Meh | Notable mostly for confusing me on which was her damaged art and which was her normal art when I first saw the previews, she was introduced at a dark time for new RFs. Basically a 3* T-5000. The problem is of course that 3 star versions of 4 star guns rarely work well and while T-5000 sees some use dealing with armored dodgers at night, this thing doesn't have nearly enough stats to make it work. If the target isn't dodging, she does about as well as G43. Except G43 is basically free because she's a 2 star and is more likely to end up with a mod down the line than this thing. |
SVD |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Usable | Actually good for the same reason WA-2000 and M14 are. Sheer RoF with decent damage. The only 4 star rifle worth using by default who does not require you to jump through hoops to even matter. |
Orsis T-5000 |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Usable | Like SVD but with +Acc and lower +RoF. Really wants to be used in the 7 position. You might find a use if you still lack either SVD or WA2000 or if you really hate high EVA targets. This goes in particular for gundams, who have armour and evasion, at night. Grape, M200 or even Kar98k are vastly preferred, but T5000 is much easier to get, so YMMV. |
Heckler & Koch G28 |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Usable | Aka M110A1. The military variant of the HK MR308, which is the civilian variant of the HK417, and not parts compatible with either, and needs special 7.62 NATO ammunition, because regular is too mainstream. Thanks a lot, HK. …ingame, she's a DMG-buffing rifle like Lee-Enfield and M14, with stats somewhere between the two. Harder to get than M14, easier to get than Lee, that's perfectly reasonable and you can put her in a hydra bullying echelon with either. However, with the multitude of rifles available now, she's definitely outclassed by a lot of them, most notably FN-49 mod and M14 mod. Raise her if you want, since she's not bad but it's a questionable investment with so many other options. |
Karabiner Model 31 (K31) |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Usable | A swiss straight pull bolt action that SOMEHOW apparently fires faster than Semiautomatic rifles (She literally shoots faster than WA2000). That joke about the swiss replying to the Germans that if half a million of them invaded, the quarter million strong militia would shoot twice and go home? Someone sure took it to heart. The downside of course is she debuffs her own accuracy when she does. This is not a problem during the day, and usually isn't a problem vs armored enemies, but it does become problematic when enemies at night start having dodge scores even while armoured, making her less good at those sorts of targets. In broad daylight though, go nuts. Also a lot of artists seem to give her yandere qualities for whatever reason. Probably the knife. |
United States Rifle, Caliber 7.62 mm, M14 MOD |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Khorne Approved |
What's there to say? Blood for the blood god, etc. She gets bigger %s on her self buff and on Mod2 she buffs her own crit damage. You really want, if possible, to get that Oath ring on her for the extra stats at Mod3. While the new skill %s seem low, combined they pretty much exceed Lee Enfield's self-boost and part of it is a passive. It retains all her old advantages, but just embiggens the numbers a bit. Basically, she can provide IWS-level DPS (overall, not per shot) while maintaining her high (for an FP rifle) RoF, making her very efficient. Generally rated "probably 1 of the best mods to work on after you're done modding AR team" by older servers. |
Mk12 Special Purpose Rifle |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Middle of the Pack. Nothing special. | An RF that was originally slated to be so good that they nerfed her before her release. Unfortunately this current incarnation is nothing special. +30% each to Crit Damage and RoF is a ballpark 65% DPS increase, +/- a bit due to RoF depending on the level yours is, assuming 100% crit rate. This is... not inspiring compared to what some other rifles you already have might put out. You can fit her on whichever style RF team if you want to use her. If you want a top end version of this, use R93, who has a better version of the gimmick. |
Type-4 Self-Loading Rifle (4-Shiki) |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Can shoot through enemies so kinda useful | Basically M1 Garand hit by a Japanizing beam courtesy of the IJN (which is why she has a sailor uniform). ...And then it changed her skill to something actually vaguely useful. Every 3rd shot she fires is a line AoE that doesnt miss, but sadly cant crit. This is actually pretty cool at night vs evasive enemies, like Uhlan formations in a post CT-environment (Uhlan formations start having evade), though actually a bit of a DPS loss on nonevasive enemies. Not exactly a normal use rifle, but the niche she has comes up fairly often so having 1 on hand is useful. |
Fabrique Nationale Model 1949 Mod |
Rifle | ★★★★ | ...Actually decent, just she requires you to spend memory fragments. | She's not bad. Actually, to be honest, she has better DPS than Lee-Enfield until Lee's special equipment is available, and is pretty reliable. However, she is releasing after other rifles have come out on EN like R93 and M14mod that supplanted her on other servers, so she might not be a priority for you depending on what you have. |
