Or SKS for short. Self-buffs RoF, but with too weak stats. Between G43 and M14 you have enough good low-rarity rifles to keep you supplied while you work on better ones.

You get much better ARs from story events, and there's only so much that you actually need. If you need a cheap AR and already have FNC though I guess she can be useful.

Her exclusive, while it does give her more strength, doesn't let her outperform many 4* ARs.

She's a RoF rifle, but her stats are even worse than the only borderline useful G43's. Don't bother.

Actually hits RoF cap at SL10 without external buffs, but she's a 3* and we're drowning in 4 and 5* RoF-selfbuffing ARs that do the same much better (AR-15 even unmodded and all the 5* ones) or just bypass RoF cap altogether (SAR-21, AUG).

FWIW, better than OTs-12 even if the latter has her unique equip, but we have so many RoF ARs that even nodupers shouldn't have to bother with either.

Actually good for the same reason WA-2000 and M14 are. Sheer RoF with decent damage. The only 4 star rifle worth using by default who does not require you to jump through hoops to even matter.

Like SVD but with +Acc and lower +RoF. Really wants to be used in the 7 position. You might find a use if you still lack either SVD or WA2000 or if you really hate high EVA targets.

This goes in particular for gundams, who have armour and evasion, at night. Grape, M200 or even Kar98k are vastly preferred, but T5000 is much easier to get, so YMMV.

AKA ST AR-15, aka Star-chan. High stats, two accessory slots, and Unique Ammo (that you need to farm for) that outperforms regular HV ammo and doesn't require forever to build up. While not considered as OP as she once was, she remains a good unit to raise; if you partially raise her, she basically hits close to RoF cap on her own.

She's one of the dolls of all time. Yup.

A swiss straight pull bolt action that SOMEHOW apparently fires faster than Semiautomatic rifles (She literally shoots faster than WA2000). That joke about the swiss replying to the Germans that if half a million of them invaded, the quarter million strong militia would shoot twice and go home? Someone sure took it to heart.

The downside of course is she debuffs her own accuracy when she does. This is not a problem during the day, and usually isn't a problem vs armored enemies, but it does become problematic when enemies at night start having dodge scores even while armoured, making her less good at those sorts of targets. In broad daylight though, go nuts.

Also a lot of artists seem to give her yandere qualities for whatever reason. Probably the knife.

Her skill does different things depending on whether its a day or night battle. Crit and Damage during the day, Hit and RoF at night.

She's not actually bad, just that she's not exactly overwhelming good, so she just... kinda exists?

And then Shattered Connexion happened and she was helpful against a certain enemy type, but that's far in the future. For now, eh... raise or don't raise, whatever, you'll be fine either way.

An RF that was originally slated to be so good that they nerfed her before her release. Unfortunately this current incarnation is nothing special. +30% each to Crit Damage and RoF is a ballpark 65% DPS increase, +/- a bit due to RoF depending on the level yours is, assuming 100% crit rate. This is... not inspiring compared to what some other rifles you already have might put out. You can fit her on whichever style RF team if you want to use her. If you want a top end version of this, use R93, who has a better version of the gimmick.

Basically M1 Garand hit by a Japanizing beam courtesy of the IJN (which is why she has a sailor uniform). ...And then it changed her skill to something actually vaguely useful.

Every 3rd shot she fires is a line AoE that doesnt miss, but sadly cant crit. This is actually pretty cool at night vs evasive enemies, like Uhlan formations in a post CT-environment (Uhlan formations start having evade), though actually a bit of a DPS loss on nonevasive enemies.

Not exactly a normal use rifle, but the niche she has comes up fairly often so having 1 on hand is useful.

She's not bad. Actually, to be honest, she has better DPS than Lee-Enfield until Lee's special equipment is available, and is pretty reliable. However, she is releasing after other rifles have come out on EN like R93 and M14mod that supplanted her on other servers, so she might not be a priority for you depending on what you have.
