She's a nonstandout grenadier, and those are basically all meh. Technically she's similar to FNC, except she only comes from events and heavy construction so by the time you get her you will have better ARs.

She's a 3 star Beretta M38, basically. Has high HP for a 3 star SMG, mediocre buff tiles and a flashbang. Unlike Beretta M38, you dont get extra copies for free.

Probably more reliable than the actual gun though, which isnt saying much, because TAURUS PRODUCT.

....She has tank stats on a handgun with buff tiles that want her in the back. I'm not entirely sure why anyone thought this was a good idea.

A worse FAMAS, and a good argument for why collecting trophy rifles isn't worth the effort.

She was part of the group of 5 stars, where they tried out new things to see if they would work. Unfortunately, the wonkiness of how she worked and not playing into how battles played out, AT ALL made her shittier than even the mediocre 3 star RFs. RIP wasted design.

With the revision, it's even worse now. You can literally improve her DPS by turning her skill off, due to the aim time taking longer than normal RoF while still dealing only 1x damage. ...And it still generally doesnt get to punch through stuff.

Somehow, after all this time, she's still in the dumpster. At least Kar98k got some love?

She's not really much better than Sten. Only you don't get 3 of her to start with. While she's not really worse, getting only 1 copy + getting her way later than you'd find it useful work against her. Think of it as the difference between getting a slightly better car or a car that is not noticeably worse but you get free insurance with it. Both will be replaced shortly either way unless you really, REALLY, want to play 3 star frontline.

Imagine how bad Noel was at her lowest point in her own series. ...Now imagine its worse.

Somehow arguably less useful than P7 who has similar tiles, and her skill is kind of awful. She's a perfect storm of not being particularly good at any 1 thing while also not being really acceptable at any of them. Also she jumps forward during her skill.

This can have unexpectedly bad effects on enemy positioning sometimes, including units... uh.. simply walking past her, to the map edge, which makes you lose. There are arguably some scenarios where she's useful, but those are... niche to the extreme and honestly if you're one of the people who CAN pull those off, you dont need me to explain anything to you.

A product of old design from before the devs really understood what they had going. Mostly notable for her odd aura which gives colossal accuracy boost, but her stats are kinda eh and you end up with an overall DPS loss still. A fairly meh grenade and basically the sort of sort of thing that would be useful for an early player, except at 21 days in at least, you probably have better already (Hint; You do, you should have AR team by then).

She's a RoF rifle, but her stats are even worse than the only borderline useful G43's. Don't bother.

Unfortunately for her, M14 exists and fills the same niche, but better and cheaper. And doubly unfortunately for her, M14 also has a mod that keeps her still decent.

A big bamboo with stats even worse than PTRD, and a pathetic damage multiplier. If better bamboos are relegated to extreme niches/irrelevancy what hope did she have?

A 3* G43, except DPS is abysmal during the day and she's not actually better than G43 at night. And is 3 star. ...And unlike 1919 and MGs, you dont have THAT big a shortage of rifles you can use early on.

The absolute trophy raifu, because getting her is absolute ass, being more annoying than any other chapter exclusive. She is literally the only doll whose farm is so bad I will actually recommend autobattling rather than doing her map over and over. It's THAT bad for what you get and she isn't even worth it except for the 100% completionism.

Her tilebuffs are not great (6% Firepower, 10% RoF directly behind her), and her dodge buff is extremely blah for a 5/8. Her self-damage buff is not the worst while having surprisingly high Firepower for a 3 star SMG, but nowhere near as effective as SR3 or later, similar SMGs. Overall, a trophy raifu that you might be able to press into service if desperate enough, but I really wouldn't count on it.

Awful stats, worse skill, and her tiles are nothing impressive either – their shape is good, but a measly 8% armour buff isn't worth bothering with.

She has a stupidly big HP pool, but otherwise her stats are more 2½ star than 3 star. Combine that with a decidedly average smoke grenade and terrible tiles, and you end up with a doll more bland than Foster's. Can be made work if you really want to (give her plenty of evasive buffs), but you're almost guaranteed to be better off with UMP45 if you want smokes.
