Desert Tech Stealth Recon Scout (SRS) |
Rifle | ★★★★★ | Usable | Another piece of Jarv bait. Kind of. Also a vegetarian who dislikes the smell of meat... which of course other servers produced fanart of that has... interesting explanations that involve "does not love the spell of napalm in the morning.". Statwise, the FP-buffing counterpart to T-5000; stats wise she's mostly between G28 and Lee-Enfield, and so a reasonable alternative for either if you need another another FP selfbuffer for some reason. Like T-5000, she had fairly meh ratings on other servers since while you basically had other options and she kinda isn't as good as Lee Enfield during AND is more expensive an option than G28. Her schtick is done way better by M200 and newer rifles can just straight out muscle her even in her niche. |
Dorothy Haze |
Submachine Gun | Special | Versatile, especially in bed | Yes I know that's not really her name. And yes, you'd think the unit whose hands are actual guns would be a handgun, but nope, she's an SMG. MICAAAAAAAA. She has a pretty interesting skill that reminds some of C-MS. What it is is mildly more complicated, because it comes with good AND bad sides, and allows her to be both a main tank and an off tank. As an off tank, she provides decent firepower with 100% uptime, a debuff no one cares about (-acc) and a really nice buff (constant eva up!) for the main tank, while as a main tank she has permanent Eva up, buffs acc of the same column ("vertical row") but actually makes the off tanks (or just people in the same column) a little less survivable. Skill discussed in more detail in her entry, but its fun stuff. A problem she has though is the shape of the tiles. That lacking middle row really gets in the way, but she has enough other uses that this isn't too awful if you know what you're doing (For example, you want to buff the everloving bajeezus out of your main tank's dodge instead). Also she buffs Rifles with her tiles too too, but this doesn't seem to come up all that much. |
FN Herstal F2000 |
Assault Rifle | ★★ | If you need to use a 2* AR, what the are you doing? | The famed Tactical Tuna. Will do as well as OTs-12 if you're extremely hard up on resources and need another AR immediately for whatever reason. You won't likely need it since you get the AR team early but if you absolutely must have something or it must be 2 star... |
FN Herstal FNC |
Assault Rifle | ★★★ | Powercrept but you get her for free | Choco tabemase? You get her for free and she performs OK. Has a long history of suffering in the game and may suffer from PTSD. Damage bonuses are nice, and she's just strong enough to take down a Jupiter cannon by herself, provided you have some cannon fodder between her and the Jupiter (which is mostly why she has PTSD). She used to perform really well, and she does perform OK for cost to raise, but a 5-star and 3-star AR cost the same to actually use, and the newer ARs are much, much shinier. She's still OK but don't get too attached, you'll have better soon enough. Maybe she'll get a mod someday. |
FO-12 |
Shotgun | ★★★★★ | Niche | Oh hey. DPS shotgun. Like every other DPS shotgun, she has the issue of “when would this even be relevant?” So, I’m not going to focus on that. The main eye-catching bit of her skill is the instant kill shot once she hits 100 stacks. While useful, it only happens once per battle, so you can’t rely on it. Her real strength comes from her having perfect accuracy, higher knockback chance, and no need to reload. This can make her an absolute monster when knockback is desired. The problem with this comes with the constraints that you need to follow to really get her going. First, you need another shotgun with her, which isn’t terribly difficult. Next, you need to have her hit 100 stacks. You get one per hit on an enemy, which may sound like a lot, but it isn’t. This takes into account dummy links, as well as the fact that shotguns hit multiple enemies, so you can get up to 25 stacks per shot. (Assuming you’re using bird shot, which you should be using) It’s entirely feasible to get 100 stacks in one of her mags. However, this can be an issue in battles with lower enemy count, which will hamper her stack gains. |
Fabrique Nationale Model 1949 |
Rifle | ★★ | Enhancement Fodder | FN49 for short. Has a mod that turns her into a more powerful FP-buffing rifle than baseline Lee. Until then, she's okay-ish for a free unit to pair with M14, but has plenty of better alternatives available. For more info on her mod look at this article |
Fabrique Nationale Model 1949 Mod |
Rifle | ★★★★ | ...Actually decent, just she requires you to spend memory fragments. | She's not bad. Actually, to be honest, she has better DPS than Lee-Enfield until Lee's special equipment is available, and is pretty reliable. However, she is releasing after other rifles have come out on EN like R93 and M14mod that supplanted her on other servers, so she might not be a priority for you depending on what you have. |
General Liu |
Rifle | ★★★★★ | Fairly useful and unique actually | Named after a Chinese rifle most of you have never heard of, because the dude who it's named after managed to die before he really got the rifle into mass production. Remember those old jokes about Chinese human wave attacks? For a rifle that's basically rarer than non-corrupt Chinese officials during its era, there are somehow enough of them to equip a human wave of dolls, since she can equip a bunch of extra dolls on top of her dummy links. She's actually interesting since her skill can let her swap between forward and back targeting priorities and the sheer number of links she has is useful in situations where you need a large number of hits to deal with enemies' mechanics. It got a lot of use in later rankings for good reason. |
Hanyang Type 88 Mod |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Wtf how can a shit gun be this good. Seriously, go get her already. | Every bit as good as she used to be awful; this is quite a feat, since she used to be IMMENSELY awful. You can make a fairly convincing argument she's a better value mod than AR team these days. She's that good. She's a little hard to use, sure, but she has piercing on a rifle and all sorts of minor extras. She does have the issue of "can't equip PEQs" and thus suffers as much as any other rifle at night, but a rifle capable of dealing with enemy clusters a la M4 is very nice to have in general. She gets very heavy use in rankings for a reason. Ironically for a rifle with a night-oriented skill, she works best during the day, because yeah, that issue about not being able to use PEQs. Her original page can be found here. |
Hanyang Type88 |
Rifle | ★★★ | Niche uses | Good mostly for her live2d skin that is amazingly lewd and basically porn. Her Mod |
Heckler & Koch G28 |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Usable | Aka M110A1. The military variant of the HK MR308, which is the civilian variant of the HK417, and not parts compatible with either, and needs special 7.62 NATO ammunition, because regular is too mainstream. Thanks a lot, HK. …ingame, she's a DMG-buffing rifle like Lee-Enfield and M14, with stats somewhere between the two. Harder to get than M14, easier to get than Lee, that's perfectly reasonable and you can put her in a hydra bullying echelon with either. However, with the multitude of rifles available now, she's definitely outclassed by a lot of them, most notably FN-49 mod and M14 mod. Raise her if you want, since she's not bad but it's a questionable investment with so many other options. |
Heckler & Koch G36 |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★ | Usable | Her 4 star rarity is a lie. She's rarer than most of the 5 stars and is surprisingly good for her rarity. MAID POWER. While she performs alright as a 4 star, her mod makes her potentially quite good if you don't mind the expense. Does not overheat, unlike the real one. Also Imoko art. Technically has a combo thingy with Springfield, but it falls under "I guess it exists?" Yeah, I dunno what they were thinking. |
Heckler & Koch G36 Mod |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★★ | Good |
Distraught by the loss of her braid, she gets over it and discovers the TRUE maid was inside her all along. Or something like that. Her stats are boosted a fair bit and the %s on her skill get a boost to 5 star levels. At mod 2, she gets a rider on her skill that boosts the Evade of stuff in her tiles, and also boosts her own RoF by 10% for every unit standing in her tiles (Max 2, yes it stacks multiplicatively). Yes, tile fuckery applies. She does have the problem though that to fully make use of this skill, she needs units standing in the tiles, which weakens her flexibility a bit. Totally still fine for going gung ho and just blazing away in a static formation or if you can keep the formation such that stuff remains standing in the tiles though. Her performance is generally a bee's dick below that of AN94 (and makes a good match for AK12) in general use, but beats the Russians vs armored enemies. Like any good HK product though, she's pretty expensive, so make sure you're sure about the investment and you have nothing else more important to work on (like AR team). Still, if you like the maid, definitely a thing to look at. Technically has a combo thingy with Springfield, but it falls under "I guess it exists?" Yeah, I dunno what they were thinking. |
Heckler & Koch G41 |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★★ | Good if you have her special equipment | Kind of fetishized and sort of jailbait, but she's still a very solid option if you have her special equipment. Outside of that, she's pretty mid. She used to be the standard ARs were judged by, but now she's pretty irrelevant. |
Henrietta |
Submachine Gun | Special | Decent SMG that is also very memeable | The meme potential of a girl with a camera and a smiling face is good enough reason to have her (now that we have multiple secretaries), but she's also not half bad as a combat unit. She gets a shield, and having the shield gives her FP buffs, while losing the shield means she's getting EVA buffs. The uptime is quite good, so she's not a bad side DPS (she has a 69% damage buff at 2 stacks and 119.7% at three stacks) that can sub-in for off-tanking and can even work as a main tank (44% eva at two stacks and 72.8% at 3). The problem is the optimal timing can be a little iffy, but she's alright for AFK fighting since it'll generally be good enough, just not fully optimized. The tradeoff between her and SR-3MP is just uptime vs power. As expected of the main girl I guess. Oh, and her tiles are weirdly shaped, but this is not uncommon for off-tank dolls anyway. |
