Classed as an SMG for balance reasons, she's a fairly good tank with alright dodge, very high HP pool, and with an invul skill. A very good all-around tank with better buff tiles than Thompson. As far as general use shield tanks go (like say, dealing with dragoons later), she's actually pretty alright, but some future enemies will make Thompson's HP matter a bit more. Get her mod. Please. Decent HP pool, good dodge, a smoke grenade that slows enemies, good aura to support an AR squad, really the standard to which you'll hold early tanks to. You want a better SMG, honestly, but if you're desperate sure? Mostly cores though. Her exclusive equipment is a silencer, and while it gives ten more evade over a regular silencer, is expensive as all hell and doesn't give her a significant boost. It does make her a bit more on par with UMP45's base stats, but with significantly worse tiles. |

Between Zas (same area, more damage, enemy debuff), molotovs (a lot more damage and damage over time, smaller area), and airstrikes (all the area, more damage) there's plenty of better options to sacrifice your enemies on the altar of Megumin. Can be pressed into service if you're really lacking off tank options, I guess. Extra notes available. |

Because other SMGs exists, and does it better in every way. In addition to having other features that make it better like being able to increase damage or accuracy or evade passively, permanently, and it is very hard to recommend her knowing that something superior in every way is kinda... you know, there. |

Submachine Gun | ★★★★★ | Has some funny niche uses, taunt can be useful. | Honestly the part you care about is the damage reduction and taunt, which can be useful depending on the type of enemy you're fighting. She wants very much to be the off-tank, in a classic ARSMG formation, and actually has decent tiles for it. She is NOT for normal use due to her awful DPS, but the taunt can be useful vs certain enemies in the distance to keep them from interfering with the fight (for example, the new model Army tanks). The taunt can also affect random-target type enemy attacks. |

Highest HP among SMGs but conversely has abysmal evade. Has a very good invul skill though, and is a solid tank overall, though she'll need a lot of repairs after every mission. |

Submachine Gun | ★★★★★ | Usable | A pretty decent SMG with a stun grenade that lasts longer than base UMP9's. Her tiles wants her to be the main tank, also her buffs are actually quite nice (+20% firepower) for ARs. Mainly suffers from stun grenades being less than useful against bosses and the fact other, better SMGs exists. In fairness, UMP45's existence makes a lot of SMGs less appealing in general, but her 4.5s stun has some potential uses (Golyats). While her exclusive is good, it doesn't really change much about her performance. |

Submachine Gun | ★★★★★ | Carried by her mod | Aka Hyaku Shiki if you're a fucking weeb. Originally pox upon the 5 star SMG drop pool. The reserve girl holding the current record for "longest time from production to actual release" at over 2 years from being mentioned to being worked on to finally seeing light of day (SCAR doesn't count, as she was only rumours). I think she forgot how to be a t-doll with how long she was left there. She's... pretty I guess. But for the most part, her performance makes you go "Ah, that's why they lost the war." Possibly utterly shit due to being designed by the same dude that designed possibly the least safe service pistol ever issued in the history of humans shooting each other, but this was 1 of his actually decent guns dammit. Thankfully she got a mod that made her actually good (although RO existing means you wont use it too much). The base version however suffers from long startup and poor numbers that take way too long to get going. |

Submachine Gun | ★★★ | Most notable trait is weird art stuff | A doll most famous for "we forgot to actually add an animation on her chibi for throwing her flashbang." The damage buff is surprisingly high for a free 3 star doll, but really using her means you're probably scraping the bottom of the barrel. She had some use in the early days when there was a severe lack of SMGs, but she was released on EN into an age where units like C-MS, P90, etc. exist, and in the middle of an event where C-MS was basically given for free. Oh and I guess her damaged art is pretty lewd if you're into that. |
