Valmet M82 |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★ | Tavor Mk2, Pinkhair boogaloo | Suffers from there being a more famous, better M82, also with pink hair. This one is basically interchangeable with Tavor, who by now isn't nearly as useful because you should be drowning in high-end ARs. If you are not drowning in high-end ARs for some unfathomable reason, well, she isn't the worst thing ever. Also has a combo skill with AK Alfa if you do the side story stuff, but AK Alfa isn't exactly wowing the charts either. |
SL8 |
Rifle | ★★★★★ | Good RoF rifle. Demands more representation for other dolls. | Why does she have Shark teeth? Dammit Imoookoooo Despite the teeth, she's somehow the nice HK girl. And somehow, she's the smart one. Look, HK is weird ok? Anyway, she packs as much as 84% damage increase with her skill going at full power, but you're more likely to get a 76% boost in a typical RF/HG formation. Still, she's not bad. In practice she's slightly worse than R93 in most cases, but not usually enough to matter. Note her buff tiles are funny and affect everything, so this makes her secondary ability a little easier to use. That said, she does NOT give HGs the usual cooldown boost most other RFs do. |
RPK-16 |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | An MG without the main downside (But has a bunch of new ones) | The mightiest Alpaca to ever wield a machine gun. Don't ask. I don't want to have to explain KR server memes. With all of the newer MGs she's just okay. Not bad. Just okay. May find a use for her, but eh. Maybe if she ever gets a mod... Given the skill, one might be tempted to treat her like a normal AR with hilarious early burst damage, but you'd be dumb to do so, because she doesn't get buffs from SMGs and other sources that buff ARs. Also her crit rate is the usual garbage 5% MGs usually get instead of the much better AR rates, and she can't equip PEQs. That said, she can be a fun mix if you, say, happen to need AR formations to punch through armour (because she can use the absolutely bonkers MG unique ammo types) |
CAR |
Machine Gun | ★★★ | Our writers didn't care, so neither should you | There might not be anything to say about CAR. But there is definitely something to say about the Mercedes Benz E-Class Sedan. The most intelligent E-Class family of all time welcomes a powerful new member to the dynasty. The E400 Sedan model arrives this year, boasting a 3.0L V6 biturbo engine producing 329 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque — the same powertrain that currently drives its E400 Coupe, Cabriolet and 4MATIC Wagon cousins. Paired with the 9-G-TRONIC 9-Speed automatic transmission and DYNAMIC SELECT, it promises a bracingly smooth way to experience uncommon luxury. Naturally, the 2018 E400 Sedan continues the tradition of E-Class brilliance. Harmonizing advanced automotive intelligence with awe-inspiring interior design, its first-class furnished cabin puts our advanced vehicle systems right at your fingertips — even as its world-class innovations continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of automotive intelligence. "Car-to-X" Communication enables the E-Class to exchange information with similarly equipped vehicles — effectively allowing it to "see" around corners and through obstacles to detect potential hazards. Driver Assistance Systems — including Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC®, Active Steering Assist and Active Lane Change Assist — feature intelligent cruise control: They help keep you between the lines, and can even help you shift between them. Inside, the E-Class cabin provides an environment of pure comfort and responsive technology. Flowing lines and vibrant screens provide a striking visual display, while touch controls, aromatherapy and tailored seats indulge all of your senses at once. It's a vehicle that demands to be driven, and more than lives up to the dream. Look for the E400 4MATIC Sedan at your Mercedes-Benz dealership this winter, with an MSRP of $58,900. |
MAS-38 |
Submachine Gun | ★★★ | Forgotten Weapons Star | Is your name Ian McCollum? If not, you probably don't care. She's Honeybadger, but 3 star, and the tiles are kinda upside down. She's surprisingly alright for a 3 star, but she's not going to wow you. Insert bad joke about 7mm French Long here. |
ZB-26 |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | Useful Support MG | Quite useful, but not great on her own. Her own DPS isn't especially impressive for an MG, but she can give a decent amount of extra ammo to other MGs, which can be worth it or not depending on who you pair her with, in addition to giving shotguns extra armor. |
AK-Alfa |
Assault Rifle | ★★★★★ | Acceptable if you still need more ARs for bog knows why | She has a very weird and complicated set of skill interactions for a role that really just wants good, consistent dakka. Has a funny combo skill with M82 (the bullpup AR, not the RF). In terms of performance she's actually not awful, but she doesn't stand out, and there are enough good ARs to use other than her. |
Avtomaticheskiy Pistolet Stechkina Mod |
Handgun | ★★★★★ | Slight improvement, but not an especially large one | Stechkin's base version already got a pass for being usable. Her mod gives a slight increase in her capabilities buff-wise. Her passive basically tries to turn her into a sorta-DPS to go with her buffs to allies, but TBH you'd be fine leaving it at the slight increase in power Mod 1 gives. |
Al-Qadissiya Tabuk |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Probably not | A Zastava AKM turned into a sniper rifle because Saddam is a genius… or… something. +55% damage against regular enemies is 2* tier, close proximity brings it up to 70.5%, which is okay-ish and 4½* tier, but also means you have enemies closer than you probably want to have. Her stats are also only average for a 4*. Might be useful if you literally don't have anything better and need to pad echelons, but might as well raise an M14 dupe instead. Her skill also changes targeting, which can be useful sometimes… but we'll eventually be getting a much better rifle for that purpose with the Liu. |
Pistolet-Mitrailleur de 9 mm modèle 1949 (MAT-49) |
Submachine Gun | ★★★★ | She Does It For Free | 4* version of JS 9 with slightly different stat spread (worse eva, basically) and awkward tiles. Can be used similarly to her, if you don't mind kiting her more to make up for the goofy positioning. Her biggest advantage is that you will be farming 12-4E enough to get sufficient copies of her to x5 link her for free, but by the time you can reach 12-4E you should have better SMGs. So overall… meh. Does the job, but so will others. |
INSAS |
Assault Rifle | ★★★ | Cores! | She's every bit as good as the real thing. By which I mean India went back to using AKs shortly after. |
M1895 CB (Potato Digger) |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | Good | With gear, she effectively has a 45 round mag, although shots after her "normal" ammo capacity decrease her acc while upping her FP. This may be good or bad depending on what you're shooting, but she's perfect for low or 0 def enemies that you normally throw MGs at. This is pretty good, but not particularly great compared to the more modern MGs. A quirk though is if she moves after beginning to go into her reserve ammo, her gun will be considered "empty" and she will need to reload. |
Hanyang Type 88 Mod |
Rifle | ★★★★ | Wtf how can a shit gun be this good. Seriously, go get her already. | Every bit as good as she used to be awful; this is quite a feat, since she used to be IMMENSELY awful. You can make a fairly convincing argument she's a better value mod than AR team these days. She's that good. She's a little hard to use, sure, but she has piercing on a rifle and all sorts of minor extras. She does have the issue of "can't equip PEQs" and thus suffers as much as any other rifle at night, but a rifle capable of dealing with enemy clusters a la M4 is very nice to have in general. She gets very heavy use in rankings for a reason. Ironically for a rifle with a night-oriented skill, she works best during the day, because yeah, that issue about not being able to use PEQs. Her original page can be found here. |
Kord |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | Probably will be a primary for many tryhards | She has extremely high firepower that gets reduced by her skill, with the lowest accuracy of any 5 star MG, and a mere 9 round base capacity. What you get in exchange for this is an amazing two-part skill that provides piercing without any stupid strings or conditions to start. Yes, her AP values drop, yes her FP is reduced by the skill, but this won't matter in most contexts where you'd actually want her. You start the fight with piercing and have the option to go into a single target mode that ups her acc and firepower. Now, her stats in single target mode don't seem exceptional, but they're more than enough for general work to get her to the battles where she would be good (assuming there are any for that map, this is still on you to get her to those), and also she has the benefit of it working from the get-go without any timing issues. Like anything with piercing you need to position her properly, or else you waste everything. This is super important because piercing is basically the entire reason you use her to begin with, so make sure you look at what formations the enemy actually has first and position her based on that. Seriously. if you're tryhard enough to use her but not tryhard enough to figure out your enemy? You're probably retarded. Don't be that guy. Basically you want her shooting through or across enemies, such that you get as many hitbox contacts as possible. |
Henrietta |
Submachine Gun | Special | Decent SMG that is also very memeable | The meme potential of a girl with a camera and a smiling face is good enough reason to have her (now that we have multiple secretaries), but she's also not half bad as a combat unit. She gets a shield, and having the shield gives her FP buffs, while losing the shield means she's getting EVA buffs. The uptime is quite good, so she's not a bad side DPS (she has a 69% damage buff at 2 stacks and 119.7% at three stacks) that can sub-in for off-tanking and can even work as a main tank (44% eva at two stacks and 72.8% at 3). The problem is the optimal timing can be a little iffy, but she's alright for AFK fighting since it'll generally be good enough, just not fully optimized. The tradeoff between her and SR-3MP is just uptime vs power. As expected of the main girl I guess. Oh, and her tiles are weirdly shaped, but this is not uncommon for off-tank dolls anyway. |
