Continuum Turbulence Overview

General Information#

Maps show only maps with actual gameplay. Pure story nodes were omitted because the maps are cluttered as is.

Preparation#

Prep work has been split into its own article for brevity's sake.

TL;DR:

Absolute minimum: 1 AR/SMG, 2 RF/HG, Lv 1 BGM-71

Overkill: 2 AR/SMG, 2 RF/HG, 1 gunboat (4 mg 1 hg), taunt fairy, Lv 60 BGM-71, and a Lv 60 AGS-30

Farming#

This time around, boxes can be only farmed from bosses. Optimal farming points.

Achievements#

Yep, they're back. Quite a few too, so there's an extra page.

Chapters#

Chapter 1#

As with chapter one in events, this isn't too big of a deal to get through. Starting off you'll only need one echelon to easily clear stuff. Some of the maps might be a lot more annoying, to the point where I just recommend using two, but you can make it a good way through chapter 1 with just one.

You can possibly even finish it with one echelon if you plan well enough. But for most, you'll want to deploy two echelons to easily clear the chapter.

As for levels you'll want to be at, to finish, you'd like you be at Lv 70 4x dummy linked for your echelon. You don't need any special echelons either, your good ol AR/SMG echelons can carry you through this just fine.

Chapter 2#

Here's where things start really picking up. The new White faction starts showing up in force here. While your AR/SMG echelons can still do work in here, you may want to use some RFs here.

You'll quickly want to start using at least Lv 90 5x dummy linked echelons for this chapter, the white faction don't fuck around. As long as you can pull two strong echelons, you'll be...kinda fine. If you're struggling and happen to have a taunt fairy, it does work versus a lot of the tough enemies the White faction starts to toss at you.

Chapter 3#

This is the night chapter of this event. You'll be facing the new ELID enemies early on in the chapter. These guys aren't too bad, they're nothing special.

However, you'll be quickly assaulted by the Military. Here's where your RFs will become VERY wanted. You'll be fighting all of the units that Singularity had, but they're even stronger now. Kit yourself as much as possible, full Lv 90~100 echelons. You'll want a mix of RF and AR echelons here at least. MGs can do work as well, and gunboats can make your life a lot easier for certain chapters.

To clear everything, you'll want four full echelons with at least two of them having armour pen. You can get to the end with less, but it'll be a struggle.
