Heckler & Koch HK23 |
Machine Gun | ★★★ | She shares a skill with MG4, what do you think? | Yet another poor doll whose only notable trait is "lewd art." So forgotten that the most common reason she comes up is "mistaken for HK21." Pretty much useless aside from her tilebuff, except even that is questionable since other MGs can fill that role. There's simply not much to say about her besides that not even most HK fanboys care about her very much. |
Mk46 |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | no lol | She's annoying as fuck to farm without a 5* arti and HS2000 and has the lowest FP among MGs. The skill has lower FP boost in exchange for more Acc. On an MG with shit FP. Brilliant. Did I mention she's a second volley MG? Yeah. Into the bin you go. |
BREN Light Machine Gun Mod |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | As sad as the real one was good. And the real one was 1 of the best LMGs of WW2. | There is nothing I can say about Bren Mod that would compare to the sadness of her existence. The most I can say is "Well, I guess she's got better DPS than Ameli and MG4", which is not a very high bar. Her stats go up a lot after the mod, but not enough to be worth investing your limited supply of memory fragments into. She doesn't give an armor buff, so she doesn't fit in with machine guns that give those, and she doesn't have the sheer firepower of the other first-belt machine guns, so she doesn't fit in with those either. The even sadder part is her history. At one point, during the Reload Cancel Era, she was shitty because her reload timer did NOT cancel and she reloaded on the move, making her completely inferior to every other choice including MG4. When reload cancel was removed, there was a brief resurgence of interest because people thought "Aha, now a machine gun that can reload on the move is an interesting thing!" ...It turned out it was a bug and it was fixed, except they waited until it was an interesting feature to fix it...thanks, Mica. |
Fusil Mitrailleur Modele 1915 CSRG (Chauchat) |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | Arguably better than MG4 | On KR and CN, it had the curse of coming up after Lewis, who was basically better in every meaningful way. As of this writing, Isomer is coming up on EN so it isn't AFTER Lewis gun, but... Her base stats aren't actually bad. Her problem is, as always for MGs, her skill. She has serviceable performance if a fight goes on long enough, which is about four or more magazines. The only problem with that is she won't beat Negev or Lewis in those situations. She's at least better than MG4, although her armour buff is lower. |
MG36 |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | The Bundeswehr didn't want her, and neither should you! | Weird tiles and an "interesting" (in a Chinese sense) skill. She tries out some ideas, but the execution kinda falls flat. She has some memey uses, like being able to theoretically have near constant fire with formation jank, but those meme formations are for style rather than practical use. The mix of short skill durations, weird effects, and being a solution in search of a problem all play against her, which is a shame since she's cute. |
M1918 BAR Mod |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | She's alright, but she's really showing her age and also costs a lot for what you get | There was a two-year span where BAR Mod was unquestionably one of the best MGs in the game between her great skill and super good early reload cancel frames, that even resulted in debates over whether or not to use an ammo box for maximum early burst. EN skipped that period entirely and introduces her alongside one of her replacements. Now, she's still decent at first mag fire, but she's really expensive for this, essentially making you pay for a full 4-star Mod for slightly better performance than M2HB. In the long term, she's outperformed by Lewis, who is introduced in Isomer. So yeah... she's been replaced at half her job and she's really expensive to build up for the other. If you like her a lot though, she's not the worst Mod to spend on. |
UKM-2000 |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | Literally who | Stop letting the Polish design T-dolls, thanks. She has a night skill as an MG and it isn't even a good one. |
Lewis Gun |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | Whenever you need armour buffs and/or second mag performance | A gun so good Crozier doesn't want you to know about her! In-game and in real life, a straight upgrade from Chauchat. Tiles like Negev and a skill that works somewhat similarly with better uptime make her useful in the same circumstances she is, and they work well together if you need ALL the armour stacking. …Also the replacement cinnamon roll now that M4 turned full edgelord. |
Daewoo Precision Industries K3 |
Machine Gun | ★★★ | Free Cores \o/ | A useless login reward doll? More likely than you'd think! Terrible skill, meh tiles, worse stats, why bother? |
Claes |
Machine Gun | Special | Extremely accurate to the anime and manga (which is not a good thing) | Props for accuracy. She spends the animoo's story just living in the dorms and only coming out for tests or really weird situations where they cant spare bodies, and she's basically the same in the game - she'll be in your dorms a whole lot. She also has three unique items that affect her passive but otherwise all do the exact same thing. She isn't completely useless, but there's not much reason to pick her over other MGs that don't have finnicky mechanics, because you frankly will not need that many MGs anymore. |
Kord |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | Probably will be a primary for many tryhards | She has extremely high firepower that gets reduced by her skill, with the lowest accuracy of any 5 star MG, and a mere 9 round base capacity. What you get in exchange for this is an amazing two-part skill that provides piercing without any stupid strings or conditions to start. Yes, her AP values drop, yes her FP is reduced by the skill, but this won't matter in most contexts where you'd actually want her. You start the fight with piercing and have the option to go into a single target mode that ups her acc and firepower. Now, her stats in single target mode don't seem exceptional, but they're more than enough for general work to get her to the battles where she would be good (assuming there are any for that map, this is still on you to get her to those), and also she has the benefit of it working from the get-go without any timing issues. Like anything with piercing you need to position her properly, or else you waste everything. This is super important because piercing is basically the entire reason you use her to begin with, so make sure you look at what formations the enemy actually has first and position her based on that. Seriously. if you're tryhard enough to use her but not tryhard enough to figure out your enemy? You're probably retarded. Don't be that guy. Basically you want her shooting through or across enemies, such that you get as many hitbox contacts as possible. |
M1895 CB (Potato Digger) |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | Good | With gear, she effectively has a 45 round mag, although shots after her "normal" ammo capacity decrease her acc while upping her FP. This may be good or bad depending on what you're shooting, but she's perfect for low or 0 def enemies that you normally throw MGs at. This is pretty good, but not particularly great compared to the more modern MGs. A quirk though is if she moves after beginning to go into her reserve ammo, her gun will be considered "empty" and she will need to reload. |
General Dynamics LWMMG Mod |
Machine Gun | ★★★★ | She's a better LWMMG, but now with more utility. | She actually gets some fairly hefty stat increases in her mod, with Mod 2 hitting as much FP as M2HB. The issues that 2 stars normally face (low skill values compared to higher ones, etc.) are pretty solved thanks to being upgraded to a 4 star, and it also gives her extra base ammo which helps out a lot. Overall a cheap mod to get, and honestly you get a fair bit of value off even just Mod 1. She's pretty much an all-rounder MG, and with the Mod 2 skill, technically you're not limited to just SGs, but uh... the shield values are so low otherwise that it only really helps armored things, though I guess some people might find a use for that anyway. MATH BIT: Her Special Equip actually isn't awful, but tbh you're better off with an EOTech in most cases. Her original form can be found here. |
ZB-26 |
Machine Gun | ★★★★★ | Useful Support MG | Quite useful, but not great on her own. Her own DPS isn't especially impressive for an MG, but she can give a decent amount of extra ammo to other MGs, which can be worth it or not depending on who you pair her with, in addition to giving shotguns extra armor. |
